Yes it is the flavour and palate u will die for i bet.The crispy chicken pakora is the best he makes.Raw chicken pieces r dipped in the marinate of masala besan batter with a egg added to it.They r then deep fried over hot flame.Dont worry about the oil it is drained after cooking and then soaked with tissue paper by pressing over them...they r served with onion rings and the green sauce and i like them with ketchup too......moreover the service i sdoor to door just call th eowner name kaka and tell him the place.he will be there.Many times he reached us at he tubewell at the farm while we r chilling in cold water.he is there with chicken pakora in aluminium pack and disposable plate

Yes chicken soup available here is a real soul satisfying flavour.it beats many soups i tried.i bet this chicken soup is really best.the joint is run by nepalis,and all work is done in super tidy way.never go to the dingy place it is well cleaned anyhow.a 10 rs bowl is the best buy.they added shreeded onions and sprinkle masala and lemon juice that enhance the taste of the chicken flavour...it is strongly recommeded ,u wil love the very small chicken shreds in the soup....

SWEET LASSI
LOCATION: CHIRANJI HALWAI,LEELA

Beat the summer heat with lassi of chiarnji halawi in the sarafa bazar rampuraphul.this place is famous for it a lassi in mega sized glass topped with a dollop of malai.if u dont like it u can opt out of for that layer of malai..really when it goes down in u r tummy it sataiates u r appetit and cool downs along....beware of the snooze that accompany...its good if u can lazy around the lenthy lazy days of north indian summer.even two can share one glass...if u cant drink that amount.

FISH PAKORAS

A lots of fish added to ur diet will definetly add to ur mental well being and u r skin thanks to iodine and vitamins b2 and b5 and others in it.so never think second, heading to the fish pakora expert ..near canal bridge near ram bagh.

  • a giani who runs the stall on rehri is an expert in making mouth watering pakoras served with a hot green tangy chutney of dhania and many other things,like garlic,ginger,onion etc...on grated fresh mooli(raddish).chat masala is sprinkled over the crispy pakoras and a squeeze of lemon is done with it.i long for that plate...infact water came in my mouth describing it..
  • tips-ask for malli fish its much creamier than shingara fish...fish is rubbed beforehand with paste of garlic and besan to get rid of the oily smell..
  • ask for chutney again never shy out......u will eat with chatkaras i bet.with the aroma of lemon lifting u r moods...happy eating

Though much options r not there but if u cant get what u want ,want what u can get.Street food is in fact tastes better if u r hungry much from the regular curries our moms cook i n our kitchen and sometimes u have the urge to taste something in a different flavour then the regular aromas and mundane taste buds of home r sucking.

NEVER MIND I will take u to the tour of best food available here.According to my observation the food is tastier if u r

1.--hungry(and thats possible if u skip ur home meal for better)
2.--u r sharing with company of friends,or people u love.
3.--the place where u r eating count the most.4.--alcohol if u dare to enjoy and relish food wholeheartdly.(infact if u not like alcohol for personal reasons u can dowithout it ignoring the fact that its a great appetiser in moderation)

They r in fact popular in the town for last 100 years and there taste have not changed a bit from then as my uncle tasted it after 50 years and shared they same taste as earlier in the 50's.he was away from the town.The pakoras r made of
1. PALAK GOBI(best of all)
2.ALOO TIKKI(mashed potato masala seasonsed mixture,deep fried with the chickpea batter into crisp yellow brown)
3..THE BREAD PAKORAS(One thing people like here most)

All these r paired with THE DELECTABLE FINGER LICKING CHUTNEYS .The first chutney is sweet one and second has a tangy taste.the sucess of the pakoras owe much to the taste of thesse chutneys)People usually take these pakoras home and eat out in their fine crockeries.But i prefer to sit on a bench adjacent to sadhus great grandson and smell pakoras and gossip abt town and watching people around in the main city centre called main chowk until my pakoras arrive on newspaper plate dipped in two chutneys.the taste of newspaper while smearing pakora with chutney on it is really my desire overflowed..DUGGAL.
