Yes it is the flavour and palate u will die for i bet.The crispy chicken pakora is the best he makes.Raw chicken pieces r dipped in the marinate of masala besan batter with a egg added to it.They r then deep fried over hot flame.Dont worry about the oil it is drained after cooking and then soaked with tissue paper by pressing over them...they r served with onion rings and the green sauce and i like them with ketchup too......moreover the service i sdoor to door just call th eowner name kaka and tell him the place.he will be there.Many times he reached us at he tubewell at the farm while we r chilling in cold water.he is there with chicken pakora in aluminium pack and disposable plate
